Banter Marketo Refund Policy

At Banter Marketo, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Understanding the complexities of digital marketing projects, we have developed a clear cancellation and refund policy to protect both our clients and our business. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

Project Organization and Stages

1.  All projects are organized into stages, starting with a comprehensive investigation and the creation of a detailed work plan.

2. This approach ensures all parties have a clear understanding of the tasks required, aiming to minimize the risk of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Refund Eligibility

1.  Due to the time and resources invested in reaching each milestone and completing project sections, refunds for work already completed are not feasible.
2. In the event of a project termination by mutual agreement, the client retains all completed work. Future development payments will be cancelled, and any advance payments may be adjusted based on the work completed up to the point of mutual termination.
3. Once a client approves mock-ups and the project progresses to the design phase, no refunds will be available.
4. There are no partial refunds for projects that are midway through a critical phase.
5. Special offers provided by our marketing department, which are time-sensitive, cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

SEO and Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable. However, clients may cancel their subscriptions with at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

Dormancy and Abandonment

No refunds will be issued for deposits or payments if projects are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 calendar days.
